finally some time alone for some ranting~
feeling kinda blue & stress up tis few daes. lots hab been happening. wasn't in da mood to listen to more grumbles thus shut-ed myself out whenever i can. had a number of first time recently. 1) baked my first cake 2) sat my first glass cabin cable car 3) explored mount faber 4) sat at HS of GV vivocity i noe ther's more but can't rmb wat is it.   ytd was hubby's birthday. it din actually go as wat i wanted it to b. n he din really seems to enjoyed it tat much. at least tat's wat i feel...tried my best to mak it more interestin but it seems to turn out da opposite way. u can see it when i seems to keep blabbering which most of da time r nonsense, coz im finding thins to sae...hah..dunnoe izzit i worried too much or is it tat i see it as somethin really impt thus put a high expectation to it. i feel it's gettin harder n harder, kinda feel i dun really understand...realised tat most of da time my mind seems to b wandering, thinkin if likewise tis or tat. but nope i shudn't b thinkin. it's funni hw im feelin..thinkin alot now while i dun thin he noes it.   the sceneries @ mount faber & cable car is really beautiful... Cake baking philosophy- i almost wanted to gib up even b4 baking it, coz da tot of it was enuff to kill- let mi tell u. baking a cake was not an easy task at all. and i mean every single word i say. it was really a super tedious process, which includes buying of ingredients & stuff(went all da way to amk coz da "redman" at semb had closed down and da stuff was so heavy, i hab to lug all of dem back hm myself), measuring da right amt of ingrediants according to recipe, mixing da mixtures, baking, decorating, cleaning up...every single steps seems to hab took me hours to complete. I am nt joking. u noe i heard ppl sae b4 tat baking cake isn't really tat hard, ya...it won't b tat hard if all da equipments was ther, imagine mixing da ingrediant widout food processer or electrical whisk, onli one small mini whisk and a big metal spoon, all mixing was done manually. Not to mention tat spoiled oven of mine which onli da heating element on top can work while da one below can't so ended up my cake was chao-ta on top while inside isn't fully cook.   i nearly swear tat i will nv bake another cake agn...lol  but im proud of my result=D it's edible, presentable, taste kinda nice. it's my first try ok...and to thin i actually completed it. haha. so kudos to me!! |
