 Hello bloggie, today post will be about DREAM JOB~ Just as shown in above photo, if only dream job is as easy as ABC, when you just need to make a turn into the next exit and TADAH! you have arrive at YOUR DREAM JOB.... Well...i was looking at some job posting online and came across this JobsDB Dream Job Contest that people take part to share what they think their dream job is. It was quite interesting to read some of their stories....link here if you are interested to read too: http://engage.sg.jobsdb.com/dream-job/dream-job-winners/ You know, I have always question myself, what IS my dream job, what do i want or like to do...etc etc...Especially if you are like me, in the time and situation whereby you are in charge of your own destiny, no longer the days when your school, parents or perhaps army dictate your life, and you seems to be at a crossroad in this whole game of work-life.. But yet i always ended up without a slight less clue to all those questions...in fact i am also totally clueless even if it is not a task of finding my Dream Job but only to find the next ideal job. And then it gets worst when i starts to contradict that staying put in the current job will just be a waste of previous time and will only get me nowhere. If you get me. my current life is sort of like a major dilemma, want to venture forward but dunnoe where to go, but if stay the same is wasting time. So i have talk to some people about this dilemma, Many has once ask me to start by listing down what are the things that sparks my interest in doing...and then linking from there to potential jobs that fits the bill... But it just doesn't work...because my BIGGEST HURDLE is that i am uncertain of my interest and sadly, most of the time interest doesn't get you that job, it's the CERT that counts.... Alright but for you..."Quoted - If you are very certain and needed the new skills to accomplish your goals, consider going back to school to get the appropriate training. Then follow your dreams as best you can..." Ahhhhh...I dunnoe... However, one thing for sure is, the reason why i am fretting over this issue, making such a big fuss, listing it as the very important issue to solve is because... You don't live your life a second time, and every major decision you make in your life now will reflect where you are and how you will be in the future. i value what i want to achieve in my life so that when im old and look back, i could smile and say at least i've work hard to pursue something worth doing, at least i have not wasted my entire lifetime in exchange for - NOTHING. Life is full of tough decisions, and i think i am a whim when coming to make important decisions....running away would always be my top choice. But there is always times like this when you are dealt with a decision to make and you couldn't run away from it. Sigh..still, i am figuring what is my dream job.....but i hope you have found yours and is working hard towards it. Gambatte! |
